rp55 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and rp55 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rp55 website, mobile browser interface, casino games, sportsbook, live casino, payment services and all associated features available at rp55.im (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the rp55 registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or by otherwise accessing or using the Services in any manner, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by it without reservation. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the Services.

This Agreement is written in English and the English-language version shall be the definitive legal text governing the relationship between the Player and rp55. Any informal summaries, translated materials or promotional descriptions published on the rp55 platform are provided for convenience only and do not supersede or modify this Agreement.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the rp55 Services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rp55 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all players without exception.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by rp55 or any third-party responsible gaming body to which rp55 subscribes.
• You are accessing the Services voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer or close family member of any employee, contractor or agent of rp55 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless prior written approval has been granted by rp55 management.

rp55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any point. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age and identity verification has been completed to the satisfaction of rp55. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any net winnings generated by underage play will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may register only one (1) rp55 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid mobile phone number reachable via WhatsApp or SMS, and your Bangladesh-based payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account). You agree to update your account information promptly if any detail changes.

rp55 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts before processing withdrawal requests and at any other time rp55 deems appropriate for fraud prevention or security purposes. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence (front and back).
• Proof of Age: Any of the above documents confirming date of birth showing you are 21 or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account showing the account holder name matching your rp55 registration name.
• Selfie Verification: A clear selfie photograph holding your identity document, taken at the time of submission, may be requested at rp55's discretion.

rp55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where KYC documentation cannot be verified, where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or altered, or where rp55 reasonably believes the account is being used in breach of this Agreement.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your rp55 account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

rp55 will never contact you by email, live chat, WhatsApp or any other channel and ask you to disclose your full password. Any message purporting to be from rp55 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity that occurs under your rp55 account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. rp55 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

You must notify rp55 support immediately via live chat or by email to [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. rp55 will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP is available on the rp55 platform and is strongly recommended for all players. Players who enable 2FA accept that rp55 may use the registered mobile number as part of the account security and recovery process.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All rp55 accounts are maintained and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). rp55 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges for which rp55 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on rp55 is ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your rp55 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed payment under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes on standard business days. rp55 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before crediting funds to a player's account.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal on rp55 is ৳1,000. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same legal name as the rp55 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Processing times for verified accounts are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank / BRAC Bank / City Bank / Islami Bank / Sonali Bank: 1 to 3 business hours during standard banking hours (9am–5pm BST, Monday–Saturday).
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

rp55 reserves the right to delay, suspend or decline any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with any internal risk management procedure. Players will be notified of any delay and provided with a reason where legally permissible.

Funds deposited into your rp55 account and not subject to any active bonus wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time. Bonus credit and winnings derived from bonus credit are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before withdrawal is permitted.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

rp55 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins and cashback offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all rp55 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The standard wagering requirement on rp55 is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) typically contribute 10%. Live casino games typically contribute 10%. Video poker and other game types may contribute 0% unless stated. rp55 publishes the full game contribution table in the Promotions section of the platform.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time limit specified in the promotion terms, which is typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the specified period and are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is ৳500 unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
• Minimum Odds (Sportsbook Bonuses): Where a bonus applies to sports betting, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher unless stated otherwise.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device and per IP address. rp55 reserves the right to limit or void bonus claims where it reasonably believes the same individual or group is attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses.

rp55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who rp55 reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system — including through collusion, arbitrage, use of automated systems or exploitation of promotion mechanics in bad faith — will have their bonus voided, their account suspended, and any net winnings derived from bonus abuse forfeited.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All casino games available on rp55 are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Red Tiger, Play'n GO and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules set by its provider. The rules for each individual game are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the game provider's server records shall be the definitive source of truth.

All sports betting markets on rp55 are settled in accordance with the rp55 Sportsbook Rules published within the platform. Key principles include:

• Bets are accepted as confirmed once acknowledged by the rp55 system. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be declined at rp55's discretion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any market, rp55 reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Match abandonment, postponement or other interruptions are settled in accordance with the specific market rules. Where no specific rule applies, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bet settlement is based on the official result recorded by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL Board, FIFA, etc.). rp55 accepts no responsibility for delays in official result publication.

rp55 reserves the right to void, suspend or delay settlement of any bet where rp55 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of an event has been compromised, or where the bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp55 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, exploit game mechanics or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, pool bonuses or engage in any form of coordinated exploitation of the rp55 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or calculation faults in any game or cashier feature. Players who discover an error must report it to rp55 support immediately rather than attempting to exploit it. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void.
• Using the rp55 platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using rp55 as a mechanism to transfer funds between parties.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software, game, algorithm or system forming part of the rp55 platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any rp55 support staff member or other player through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access any rp55 account other than your own registered account.

9 Responsible Gaming

rp55 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gambling environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and rp55 actively supports players in maintaining control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all rp55 account holders at no charge and with no waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within your rp55 account settings. Deposit limit reductions apply immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your rp55 account.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your rp55 account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the rp55 platform, including but not limited to the rp55 brand name, logo, website design, software code, game interfaces, marketing materials, graphics, text content, audio and video assets, and any compilations thereof, are owned by or licensed to rp55 and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, rp55 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rp55 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the rp55 platform or its content.

The intellectual property rights in games provided by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Red Tiger, Play'n GO, Ezugi, and others) remain with their respective owners. Access to these games through rp55 is provided under licence and does not confer any ownership rights on the player.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the rp55 Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.

rp55 does not guarantee that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. rp55 accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of planned or unplanned downtime.

In any event where rp55's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, rp55's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to rp55 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits rp55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by rp55's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12 Amendments and Termination

rp55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where rp55 considers an amendment to be material, rp55 will provide reasonable prior notice via email to the registered account holder or via a platform notification. Continued use of the rp55 Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

rp55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if rp55 reasonably believes you have breached any term of this Agreement, if rp55 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement, or if rp55 determines that continuing to provide Services to you poses an unacceptable risk or liability. In the event of termination for cause (i.e., breach by the player), any balance held in your account may be forfeited. In the event of termination without cause by rp55, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your rp55 account at any time by contacting rp55 live chat support or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is closed, subject to completion of KYC verification.

This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith applicable to consumer-facing digital platforms. Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through the rp55 support and escalation process should be submitted in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates and transaction references, and the outcome you are seeking.
